1. It has everything you need in a city, but feels like a tight-knit neighborhood where everyone knows one another.
2. It’s residents are just about the nicest (& coolest) people in the world.
3. Local businesses like SudsMuffin, The Feel Good Store, Je Suis Prest, Bean Books, Urban Deli, Handworks, Happinez…  the list could go on forever!
4. Community Gardens that can be found in Rainbow Park & Rockwood Court.
5. The Saint John City Market
6. Harbour Passage
7. The Market Square Boardwalk
8. The Imperial Theatre
9. The city’s proximity to great outdoor activities/places  ie.  Irving Nature Park, Rockwood Park,  St. Martin’s, Grand Bay, Fundy National Park.
10. Summer outdoor movie nights at Brundage Point (Grand Bay) and the Arts & Culture Park (Quispamsis)…  now if only we could get one started uptown!   
11. THE SAINT JOHN THEATRE COMPANY and other local theatre groups.  Saint John is talented!
